Hi! My name is Sam Veilleux and I am from New Hampshire, where I have lived my entire life. Some of my interest include playing soccer, hiking, traveling, and running. Specifically, I have been playing soccer since I was 3, have hiked 32 of the 48 4,000 footers in New Hampshire, and have a goal to go to every national park. Also, I am a nursing major and hope to become an Orthopedic travel nurse after I graduate, and then eventually get my masters and become a Nurse Practitioner. The reason that I want to become a nurse is because of my lifelong best friend who was born with a leg length discrepancy and went through two leg lengthening surgeries. Growing up I saw her go through so much pain and saw how helpful the nurses were to her, which made me what to become a nurse so I could help others just like they helped her.
